Feel The Burn Baby!

At the moment I can’t afford the gym, the cheapest one in Ayr is super pricey. So I try a keep active, Iwalk everywhere within town and I do a morning work out with my exercize ball, sand ball weights and also my wrist weights; sit ups, starjumps, push ups, crunches.

I also try to go running whenever possble but u to the fact it’s Scotland I’m looking to purchase a treadmil/cross trainer soon.

Plus I am planning to go Swimming every Sunday (once my cozzy fits better), and then cycle around Ayr, once I buy a bike.
